On the way back from Hood River we drove on the historic Columbia River Highway, part of the original highway. It passed several waterfalls. They were spectacular.

That has to be some of the most spectacular views. Those waterfalls looks so beautiful. I bet that was one of the more pleasant drives that you have had. I know I am partial, but I am just not certain that any where else in the U.S. that you can go will have better scenery or views than the west coast. I am looking forward to seeing more of the sites. And thanks for the picture of Mom, I appreciate it! Love & Miss you guys!!
